Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and networking events to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide market insights.
- Placement Management: Manage the entire placement process, from offer negotiation to onboarding support, ensuring a seamless experience for both client and candidate.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is highly preferred; entry-level candidates with strong communication skills will be considered.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse personalities.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage a high volume of candidates and client requests.
- Self-Motivation: A drive to succeed, meet targets, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the San Diego job market and business landscape is a plus.
