Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and contract positions across Raleigh's thriving industries
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for placed candidates, ensuring accurate and timely weekly payments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to drive retention and satisfaction
- Utilize our cutting-edge ATS to track placements, manage pipelines, and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent needs and staffing trends in the Triangle area
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored staffing solutions
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting, staffing, or HR coordination experience
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment and payroll processing
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in payroll accuracy
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
- Knowledge of North Carolina labor laws and payroll regulations
