Responsibilities
- Execute the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet the diverse staffing needs of our clients.
- Conduct effective phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and manage expectations.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and update documentation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a "can-do" attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends to meet client demands.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume setting.
