Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and assess potential candidates to match them with appropriate job openings.
- Manage the full lifecycle of temporary staffing, including onboarding, orientation, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain and update a robust database of job seekers and client requirements using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving workforce needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new staffing opportunities in the Fort Worth area.
- Resolve candidate and client inquiries promptly to ensure high retention rates.
- Facilitate payroll processing and time-tracking for temporary workers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (ATS experience is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
