Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for temporary and contract employees, ensuring compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports to the Operations Manager to optimize hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
