Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Actively source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various temporary and contract roles.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System and ensure all records are up-to-date.
- Client Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and present the best talent matches.
- Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and background checks.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently using calendar tools.
- Market Research: Stay informed about local Mesa market trends to better serve our clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (40 hours/week) or as scheduled.
- Location: Must reside within or be willing to commute to Mesa, AZ.
