Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse industry placements
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across Albuquerque
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS software and CRM systems
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and clients
- Ensure compliance with NM labor regulations and company policies
- Generate weekly performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1+ years staffing/recruitment or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (for client site visits)
- Knowledge of Albuquerque job market and industries
- Basic understanding of employment law compliance
