Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate onboarding processes for temporary and permanent placements
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS platform
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Facilitate weekly payroll processing for placed candidates
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Milwaukee market knowledge preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CSCP certification a plus
