Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across healthcare, IT, and manufacturing sectors
- Manage candidate onboarding and ensure compliance with staffing regulations
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with sales team to fulfill client staffing needs
- Utilize ATS systems for candidate management and reporting
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Valid Tennessee staffing license or willingness to obtain
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
