Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across hospitality, retail, and event industries
- Conduct thorough interviews and background checks ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including documentation and orientation
- Resolve staffing issues proactively through real-time communication with clients
- Track staffing metrics and provide weekly performance reports to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
