Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions across hospitality, security, and logistics sectors
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews during overnight hours
- Coordinate onboarding and placement logistics for night shift assignments
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and staffing reports
- Build relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Manage emergency staffing requests with 24-hour responsiveness
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations for overnight work environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills with diverse populations
