Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and event clients across Dallas metro
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift roles via phone and virtual platforms
- Manage onboarding paperwork and compliance documentation for temporary workers
- Resolve staffing emergencies and adjust schedules with 24-hour turnaround
- Build and maintain relationships with 50+ active weekend job seekers
- Track workforce metrics and submit weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with branch managers to optimize weekend coverage plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruiting experience or healthcare/logistics background
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure scenarios
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
