Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for diverse client industries
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary/contract roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers and job seekers
- Manage candidate onboarding processes and documentation
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and client satisfaction checks
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and metrics
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Nebraska driver's license required for client visits
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
