Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for temporary-to-hire and contract roles
- Coordinate weekly payroll processing for contract staff
- Build and maintain relationships with Bay Area hiring managers
- Optimize ATS workflows to ensure timely placements
- Conduct onboarding for new contractors and internal team members
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing or corporate recruitment
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong understanding of California labor regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with weekly payroll processing systems
- San Francisco Bay Area network preferred
