- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions using our proprietary ATS
- Manage client relationships and ensure seamless weekend workforce coverage
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for weekend staff
- Optimize weekend scheduling using data-driven workforce analytics
- Develop recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill weekend shift roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing or recruitment with weekend shift experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Strong communication skills with ability to work independently on weekends
- Valid Oregon staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate placement
- Knowledge of Portland's weekend workforce market dynamics
