- Source and screen candidates through advanced Boolean searches and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across Miami-Dade County
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes for temporary-to-hire placements
- Utilize ATS systems to track KPIs and optimize recruitment pipelines
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with sales team to align staffing solutions with client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with proven Miami market experience
- Expert knowledge of local talent pools and industry regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
