Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening and candidate qualification.
- Manage and maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate interview schedules and send professional correspondence to clients and candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess soft skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekly and monthly placement targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates for both clients and temporary staff.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior staffing or recruiting experience required—attitude and willingness to learn are key.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel may be required).
