As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Apex, you won't just fill seats; you will build relationships, mentor junior recruiters, and play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and professional networks.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens, technical interviews, and final negotiations to secure top talent.
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and scheduling to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent pipeline health for client accounts.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market trends.
- Mentor junior staff members and contribute to the development of recruiting best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the Miami or South Florida market.
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical roles (Java, Python, React, AWS, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while maintaining high engagement.
