Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for open positions
- Coordinate interviews between clients and job seekers
- Update and maintain candidate databases in our ATS system
- Assist with job postings and social media recruitment campaigns
- Build relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- No prior staffing or HR experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic tech tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional client visits)
