Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for various temporary and permanent positions.
- Match qualified candidates to client job orders and manage the placement process.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and manage payroll administration.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and talent pools.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for client visits).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR a plus.
