Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases to maintain accurate candidate records and generate reports.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage applicant calendars, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Assist in the onboarding process for temporary and direct-hire employees to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and new business opportunities within the New Orleans area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume agency setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for client site visits.
