Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across SF Bay Area
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for temporary and contract roles
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups
- Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate logistics
- Onboard new hires and ensure seamless placement experiences
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain talent pipelines

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment/staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)

- Ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
