Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for open positions.
- Database Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage the candidate pipeline effectively.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide market insights and top talent recommendations.
- Job Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in the Philadelphia area to advise clients on salary benchmarks and labor availability.
- Onboarding Coordination: Oversee the logistical aspects of onboarding new hires, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, and orientation assistance.
- Outreach: Proactively engage with passive candidates through social media and networking events to expand our talent pool.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred; equivalent experience in a recruiting agency setting is accepted.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer-facing sales roles.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally within the Philadelphia area and work flexible hours to meet client needs.
