Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across diverse industries
- Screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for urgent staffing needs
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and optimize talent pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Indianapolis
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed quarterly KPIs for fill rates
- Ensure compliance with federal/state employment regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment/staffing or HR coordination
- Proven track record of high-volume placements (50+ placements/year)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CIP certification a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of Indiana labor laws and compliance requirements
