Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with 50+ client companies
- Conduct client-facing consultations to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using ATS platforms like Greenhouse
- Facilitate candidate interviews and onboarding processes
- Analyze market data to provide competitive compensation insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven expertise in candidate sourcing and relationship management
- Strong knowledge of Ohio labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
