Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end staffing processes for clients and candidates
- Coordinate weekly payroll processing for temporary staff
- Source, screen, and place candidates in contract/temporary roles
- Maintain relationships with hiring managers and job seekers
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and agency policies
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Proven experience with weekly payroll processing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Knowledge of Washington state employment regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
