Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment with 50+ placements annually
- Expert knowledge of Seattle's talent market and key industries
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or similar platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
