Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for healthcare, tech, and logistics clients
- Source and screen qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Manage candidate pipeline and CRM with 95% data accuracy
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Negotiate offers and ensure seamless onboarding
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment/staffing or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of 15+ placements quarterly
- Expert knowledge of Nashville's job market dynamics
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions
- SHRM-CP or CTP certification preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (client site visits required)
