Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate openings in manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Conduct urgent interviews and assessments with same-day turnaround
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs

Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (client site visits required)
