Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in immediate hire roles across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses seeking temporary-to-permanent staffing solutions
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Leverage digital platforms and local networking events to expand talent pipeline
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment advice
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans job market and local industries
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
