Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Utilize ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) to track candidate pipelines
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct market analysis to stay current on salary benchmarks and talent trends
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for placements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural fluency
