Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced recruiting techniques and networking strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for diverse open positions within the San Francisco market.
- Conduct effective phone screens, interviews, and assessments to match candidates with client needs.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage the full lifecycle of temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct placement assignments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads and tasks.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- A self-motivated mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
