Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-demand tech and healthcare roles
- Develop strategic sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean mastery
- Build and nurture C-level relationships with key industry partners
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment KPIs and candidate conversion rates
- Mentor junior recruiters while implementing AI-driven screening tools
- Lead diversity initiatives to ensure inclusive hiring practices
- Drive client satisfaction through personalized talent solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in Los Angeles market
- Proven success with direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong network within LA tech/healthcare communities
- Metrics-driven approach with data presentation proficiency
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
