Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity domains
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent and contract placements with Fortune 500 clients
- Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter to build robust talent pipelines
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments to ensure candidate-culture fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and compensation strategies
- Maintain 95% placement rate through meticulous candidate relationship management
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS or tech services background
- Expert knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and sourcing methodologies
- Proven success placing roles in Python, Java, DevOps, or AI/ML domains
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close senior-level candidates
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
