Responsibilities
- Source and attract top-tier candidates through innovative channels including LinkedIn, niche job boards, and industry networking events
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiation for permanent placements
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers across key Indianapolis industries
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to meet specialized client needs
- Leverage ATS technology to manage candidate pipelines and optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on compensation benchmarks and talent availability
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments evaluating both technical skills and cultural fit
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with demonstrated success in permanent placements
- Proficiency in ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize strategies
