Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client portfolios including tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers and HR decision-makers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPI tracking
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team training initiatives
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social media recruitment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM systems
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license for local client meetings
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
