Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and permanent placements
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Post job openings and source candidates through multiple channels
- Conduct preliminary assessments of candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback
- Update applicant tracking system with candidate information
- Assist with onboarding processes for new placements
Qualifications
