Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates in technical, healthcare, and logistics roles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer acceptance
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive compensation insights
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in our ATS system
- Mentor junior recruiters to enhance team performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume, urgent hiring environments
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill technical and healthcare roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-CP or CSP certification strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of Louisville's talent landscape
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority recruitment campaigns simultaneously
