Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various open positions.
- Communication: Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
- Data Management: Update and maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Client Relations: Communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide status updates.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare employment contracts, process background checks, and manage onboarding paperwork.
- Market Research: Research job market trends and identify new opportunities for placement.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide full training.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office setting.
