Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Managing the entire recruitment pipeline, from requisition to onboarding.
- Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
