Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse client industries including IT, healthcare, and administrative sectors.
- Source and screen candidates using various platforms, networking strategies, and Boolean search techniques.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for urgent and recurring openings.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and coordinate scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
- Administer pre-employment assessments, background checks, and drug screenings.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and deliver quality placements.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical or general recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions on time and within budget.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet strict deadlines.
