Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms and networking strategies to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and skills.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Job Orders: Place new job orders and manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from requisition to hire.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends to stay competitive and provide valuable insights to the team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated individual with a drive to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software systems.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for networking events.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
