Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries (finance, tech, healthcare)
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and hiring managers
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills/culture fit
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with team to fill 15-20 high-value positions monthly
- Stay current on NYC job market trends and salary benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in corporate or agency recruitment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong network within NYC's professional community
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- NYS staffing agency license preferred
