Responsibilities
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates in our CRM system.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and soft skill requirements.
- Conduct engaging phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
