Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen, interview, and present top-tier talent to clients, ensuring a perfect match for their needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and expand our business.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track pipeline progress and manage data accurately.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary trends and industry demands in the Boston area.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM/ATS software (e.g., Salesforce, Greenhouse) is a plus.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits in the Greater Boston area.
