Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate staffing assignments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Bay Area employers
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from intake to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with sales team to meet client hiring targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record of high-volume placements
- Strong knowledge of Oakland job market and industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous assignments
- BA/BS degree or equivalent recruitment certification
