Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for open positions within the staffing agency network.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients with a focus on cultural fit and skill alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their long-term talent needs.
- Manage job postings on multiple platforms and optimize for visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-time recruiting or staffing agency operations.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and close high-volume requisitions.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for on-site client visits).
