Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including healthcare, logistics, and IT
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and digital sourcing
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments to match skills with client requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Develop deep client relationships to understand evolving staffing needs and market trends
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve conversion rates and time-to-fill metrics
- Participate in local job fairs and networking events to expand company presence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience in El Paso or West Texas
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates and technical interviews
- Strong knowledge of local labor market dynamics and industry regulations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
