Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for open positions using various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for long-term placements.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure cultural and skill fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide market insights.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with recruiting software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
