Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors in Texas
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through innovative sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand staffing needs and develop tailored solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with marketing to develop employer branding campaigns targeting Texas talent markets
- Maintain 100% compliance with federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience with proven placement track record
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems
- Strong understanding of Texas labor laws and industry-specific talent landscapes
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruitment metrics for optimization
- Valid Texas driver's license and willingness for occasional client site visits
